About Me
My name is Sonia H Cameron, I was born in Wilmington NC and I currently reside in Durham NC. I am a fourth generation owner of property in the New Hanover and Pender County area. I love helping people and I like to see others succeed in life. I will give a helping hand to anyone that asks. However, I do not want to harm myself while helping others.
My dream is to add more properties to my portfolio so that I can continue providing affordable housing in the area. I also want to pivot and start offering short-term rentals in the area as well. Currently, in Pender County, NC there is a huge shortage of short-term rentals even though it is approx 18 miles to Wilmington. I would like to acquire more property there and begin a short-term rental there.
